The TAE Chiller unit is used for cooling by glycol to brine mixer, storage tank and brine filter, in case of internal glycol unavailable so it really need proper installation following:
- It must be installed in a suitable environment, not in an aggressive areas. For example, The production areas where the atmosphere contains corrosive mist of salt or phosphate would not recommend to install.
- It enables to generate heat, in an amount corresponding to the heat which is removed in the connected cooling equipments such as mixers, storage tanks and filter tanks.
- If it is placed at outdoor area, it must be protected from very high and very low ambient temperatures with 40% propylene glycol which provides antifreeze protection down -23°C.
