Safe food with longer shelf life allows sales and distribution further from the production site and cooking process is the effective way to store food for a period of time. There are two different models following; ConUno uses one teflon belt for direct contact-heating food during conveying. The linear cooking equipment enables to sear the underside of adhesive food and it can provide a maximum operating temperature of 260°C.
