The teflon belt conveys and cooks by conduction from two sides at the same time. The heated conveyor allows to sear, brown, maillard and colour on cut and deboned meat. The distance between the two heated non-adhesive teflon belts is adjustable and the belts are continually washed by steam or heated water with water & energy management system which helps to reduce the usage of water and energy.
In addition, belt grill cooks without adding fat to the products because of the use of teflon belt so applying oil or fat on crumbed and breaded food can enhance texture and appearance.
