Universal Casing Holding Device is designed as an attachment for vacuum filler, subsequently for hanging and is economic twist-linking of artificial and natural casings with any size of sausages. It is fitted directly to the linking gear, in contrast to comparable systems that the attachment needs no drive of its own. Flexible Sausage Line is flexibly adapted to the product and not the other way round. It needs fewer wear parts and therefore lower costs. Moreover, the transport belts are clearly visible and offer an economically optimized working position to transport, stretch and secure sausages.
The built-in intelligence detects autonomously the casing end of natural casings so that the best product result is always achieved.
Length Portioning Machine offers maximum length and weight precision and available for either natural, collagen, polyamide or cellulose casings. The innovation also eliminates the risk of split casings; something that is often spotted too late by the operator when using conventional machines. Hanging Machine promises a quantum leap in development and can be perfectly combined with length portioning machines and flexible sausage line. It is a device for automatically hanging strings of sausages with flexible hooks, ergonomic power and optimum hygiene.
