There are two systems for climate process: CMP is for Continuous Maturing Process and represents our continuous maturation system. With this technology, we distinguish ourselves from all other systems through shorter processing times, product uniformity combined with increased product capacity. Due to the control relative humidity and temperature for inlet and outlet air, it is possible to dry products without any variation. The system is able to move the air continuously (100% of the time) without any rest period. ATA is Industrial Thawing System which is optimal for balanced thawing without weight loss. The equipment is designed and constructed with special horizontal air circulation to provide a consistent temperature to all areas of the cabinet and product. Moreover, the customers can supply the processing room from insulated panels or insulated brickwork. With minimum energy consumption, it is environmentally friendly.
